The Lula Top is a new addition to Libelula this season and we absolutely LOVE it. It is the top version of the Lula Dress and has long sleeve to keep you covered during the colder months. It has a round neck with a slit, which can be left open or tied in a bow. This is the ultimate winter version of the Lula Dress and it comes with Black textured circle on the yoke and the rest of the top in luxurious Black Velvet. Dress up or down for whatever occasion.
