A 38 is a UK 10. You need to buy the size to fit your top half as the skirt is cut on the bias and will fit you what ever your size.

Our famous Millie Dress has just landed in this stunning bright blue silk georgette. The Millie shape features a cross over button tie that sits just under the bust, with a low V neckline and 3/4length frilled sleeves. The front V can be easily stictched up to the desired height if you are looking for a slightly more modest neckline. We often do this for customers in our boutiques.
