Hartford Top

The Hartford top features elastic gathers around the neck, which helps in forming the flowing structure of the top. It comes in our fun new Spikey Worm Print in Black and Cream. The sleeves are loose fitting and feature a soft binding around the cuff. This incredibly romantic top fits to just under the hip bone (this may vary slightly).
